We know that purchasing a framed print or canvas can be a big commitment, so we want to ensure that the quality of our products will live up to your expectations. Below you’ll find details of our Paper Types, Frames, and Mounts – but if you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Paper types

We offer 2 types of paper, along with our stretched canvases. Lustre (Gloss) and Fine Art (Matte).

Lustre: A high-quality 285gsm lustre photo paper with a gorgeous glossy finish.
Fine Art: A heavyweight 300gsm inkjet paper, made from 100% cotton fibre with a matte finish.

Stretched canvases

Our Canvases are printed onto a museum quality bright white matte white canvas. The canvas is 80% Cotton and 20% polyester – we add the polyester to give the canvas greater tension so that the image so it doesn’t sag over time. Canvasses are stretched onto a pine stretcher bar which is strong, durable and from planted forests, making them environmentally friendly.

Handmade frames

We offer 3 types of frames – White, Black, and Natural timber. Our frames are made from plantation grown, sustainable timber mouldings – 20mm on the face and 30mm on the side (40mm on the side for frames 1,000mm and over).

We use 3mm cast acrylic (Shinkolyte) with crystal clear transparency and chemical resistance, and a light transmittance of 93% which is higher than picture framing glass. All materials used in the framing process are acid free ensuring longevity of your print.
